I did my article on the Mercedes Benz Smart car. It is a very interesting car. The article said explained that the Smart car is very small but efficient and safe. The Smart car is so small it has taken the title of the smallest car sold in North America form the new mini cooper. The mini is 3,626 mm long while the Smart is only 2,500!
The Smart is safe because the frame is made monocoque style and forms a cocoon around the driver protecting him/her form the offending vehicle or barrier. The frame will act as a wedge stopping the tail end of a truck for example from decapitating the driver.
The Smart is also very fuel efficient. Once a reviewer drove it 800 km or 500 miles and it only used 10 dollars worth of diesel fuel. Diesel fuel is better for the environment when it burns and it also doesn’t have the need for spark plugs letting more power to be used for either creature comforts in the car or to put more power to the wheels.
The car wasn’t designed for long journeys though. It was designed more as a runabout. You could go and get your groceries or go to meetings etc. It works very well in a city setting because it is so small you can park it pretty well any where. It is also a miser on diesel fuel so the engineers must have worked very hard to get that much fuel economy!
All and all it is an amazing car that took a lot of science to complete. If you want a safe, fuel efficient car and the bragging of having the smallest car sold in North -America buy the Mercedez smart car.

I have go though it Jeffery’s article review, it seems really interesting because I really want to see how small the car is and how come the small car can be efficient and safe. Sometime the small car is better than other care because the small car can park in easily. Though this article review seems the car is really small that become the smallest car in North America. Having a car like that small, I think I will be famous and everyone will pay attention on me, or maybe my car.
Actually the big deal is that the car use diesel fuel that it’s the better fuel also is better for the environment, who don’t we just buy one? The small car has lots of good way to use, but it can’t drive for long journey, small car had small power. Although this is a small car, but it might make difficulty than the bigger car or more components to use, by the way, they need to change lots of thing than the usual size of car probably.
So far, every cars has there merit to use for like the bigger car can fit more people and it has more power but it’s hard to park into and the fuel are the biggest pollution. Smaller car is opposite of the bigger car that’s what people having trouble with. I really like this article review that’s about the smaller car in North America. Sometimes using the different type of fuel could change nature, this is really important that we all should know about the car us for what fuel, interesting article
